                        The “Cyber Security and Data Protection” workshop is designed to serve as a vibrant forum for
                        researchers and practitioners in the eld of cybersecurity. The workshop focuses on discussing
                        current trends in cyber security, risk management, and the protection of critical and personal data.
                        A signi cant emphasis is placed on countering information and psychological in uences,
                        employing Open Source Intelligence methods, securing wireless and IoT networks, safeguarding
                        communication channels, and protecting information and telecommunication systems. This
                        workshop aims to highlight the role of advanced cybersecurity measures and technologies in
                        securing digital information and infrastructure. It will showcase innovative applications of arti cial
                        intelligence, machine learning, cryptography, and steganography in tackling modern cyber threats.
                        The integration of these technologies facilitates more robust defenses against cyber-attacks and
                        enhances the security of digital systems, thereby fostering a safer digital environment.
