It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of 4th International Workshop on Information Technologies: Theoretical and Applied Problems (ITTAP-2024), held in Ternopil, Ukraine, from October 23 to 25, 2024. The workshop is organized by the Faculty of Computer Information Systems and Software Engineering of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University and Opole University of Technology and focuses on theoretical and practical (technical) problems of recent research and the work of international academics, scientists and practitioners related to intelligent information technology, signaling and systems modeling, and the application of information technology in medicine.
