                                                                            Preface

                         It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of 1st International Workshop on Advanced Applied
                         Information Technologies (AdvAIT-2024), held in Khmelnytskyi (Ukraine) on December 5, 2024.

                         The workshop is organized by Information Technologies’ Faculty at Khmelnytskyi National University and
                         Laboratory on Reliability Engineering and Computational Intelligence at University of Zilina with the support
                         of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION "UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL IT SOCIETY".

                         AdvAIT-2024 focuses on all technical and practical aspects of the latest research and results of international
                         academicians, scientists and practitioners related to advanced applied information technologies. This
                         workshop provides opportunities to exchange new ideas, to establish business or research relations and to
                         find global partners for future collaboration. We hope that the workshop results make a significant
                         contribution to the development of advanced applied information technologies in Ukraine and Slovakia.

                         International Program Committee has 24 members. 100% of the AdvAIT-2024 International Program
                         Committee members have more than 15 DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 11 Universities from
                         around the world (Zilina University, Newcastle University, Leeds Beckett University, Oxford Brookes
                         University, University of Vienna, Tallinn University of Technology, Comenius University in Bratislava,
                         Technical University of Ostrava, Prigo University, Silesian University of Technology, Ain Shams University) and
                         of 5 Ukrainian Universities (Khmelnytskyi National University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv,
                         West Ukrainian National University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, National Aerospace University
                         “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”).

                         1st International Workshop on Advanced Applied Information Technologies (AdvAIT-2024) received 66
                         submissions from Ukraine and the world. All papers were evaluated by two or three reviewers. Based on the
                         reviews, a rating of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted for
                         presentation at the Workshop. According to the decision of the International Program Committee, 26 papers
                         were accepted for presentation at the workshop. So, final acceptance rate is 40%.

                        The AdvAIT-2024 joined scientists from Ukraine, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland,
                        Estonia, Egypt, Kazakhstan. In general, the representatives from 14 Universities from around the world, and
                        15 Ukrainian Universities (summary 29 institutions) took part in the Workshop.

                        We would like to thank the members of International Program Committee and Organizing Committee, and
                        external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. We sincerely thank everyone for a fruitful work and
                        interesting presentations! We hope that the workshop results make a significant contribution to the
                        development of intelligent information technologies, and information security systems in Ukraine, Slovakia
                        and in the world.
