        <p>This document is the preface of the Third International Conference on Cyber Hygiene &amp; Conflict Management in Global Information Networks (CH&amp;CMiGIN'24), January 24-27, 2024, held at the National Aviation University, Kyiv, Ukraine. The Third International Conference on Cyber Hygiene &amp; Conflict Management in Global Information Networks (CH&amp;CMiGIN'24) took place on January 24-27, 2024, at the National Aviation University (Kyiv, Ukraine). CH&amp;CMiGIN'24 is intended to attract researchers with a strong background in the field of on security and privacy of critical applications, ICT infrastructures and systems, management of cyber incidents, warfare and conflicts, and social engineering and identity theft protection techniques. The conference would not have been possible without the support of many people. First of all, we would like to thank the program and organization staff, the members of the Technical Program Committees, and external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. We sincerely wish that all attendees benefited scientifically from the workshop and wish them every success in their research. It is the humble wish of the workshop organizers that the professional dialogue among the researchers, scientists, engineers, and doctors continues beyond the event and that the friendships and collaborations forged will linger and prosper for many years to come.       <title>1. Preface</title>
      <p>The CH&amp;CMiGIN’24 was in a virtual format with a Google Meet platform. Participants from
Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Jordan, and Poland joined the conference. CH&amp;CMiGIN’24
collaborate scientist and industry professionals in the field of cyber security, data processing,
information technology, telecommunications, and others. The workshop took the form of oral
presentations of peer-reviewed regular and short papers.</p>
      <p>CH&amp;CMiGIN’24 received 41 submissions in total. All papers were reviewed by two reviewers.
Out of these, 33 papers were accepted for this volume, 21 as regular papers and 12 as short papers.</p>
