      <abstract>
        <p>This volume presents Selected Papers of the 3rd International Workshop on Hybrid Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Modelling for Intelligent Information Systems (HybridAIMS 2025) and the 1st Workshop on Compliance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (CAI 2025), co-located with the 37th International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering (CAiSE 2025), held in Vienna, Austria, on 16-17 June 2025. This CEUR-WS volume features a curated selection of discussion-oriented contributions from the HybridAIMS and CAI 2025 workshops. The regular workshop papers have been published in a separate volume edited by Grabis and Wautelet, Advanced Information Systems Engineering Workshops - CAiSE 2025 Workshops (Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing, Vol. 556, Springer, 2025; doi:10.1007/978-3-031-94931-9). The papers included in this CEUR-WS volume aim to promote scholarly dialogue around emerging topics, conceptual innovation, and earlystage findings. All contributions underwent a rigorous peer-review process by members of the respective program committees and were selected on the basis of their high quality. While HybridAIMS continues its tradition of bringing together researchers exploring the integration of hybrid AI techniques and enterprise modelling, CAI makes its inaugural appearance to address the growing importance of regulatory compliance in AI-enabled systems. This CEUR-WS volume is submitted as a discussion-oriented proceedings, aiming to promote scholarly exchange and constructive debate around promising research directions, early-stage results, and conceptual innovations. All submissions underwent a rigorous selection process and were reviewed by 3 members of the program committees.</p>
