It is our pleasure to present to you the proceedings of the 6th International Workshop IT Project Management (ITPM 2025). This volume represents the proceedings of the ITPM 2025 workshop’s tracks, which took place in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 22, 2025.
Workshop materials present the results of original research in the field of IT project management, including project action methodologies, project team management, project analysis from the employers' point of view, important aspects of IT specialists training, formation of emotional states of project team members, etc. The main purpose of ITPM 2025 workshop is a discussion of the recent research results within such tracks: • • • • • • • • • •
Modeling of project management processes in the AI environment.
Artificial Intelligence for project and program management.
Human resource management and leadership in IT project management.
Algorithms and tools for decision making in IT project management.
BIM and IT technologies.
Management of IT projects and programs.
Formation of project portfolios of IT companies.
Data mining, application in IT project management.
Integrated IT project management.
Training in project management and models of international certification.
The workshop was soliciting only regular papers that had to present original reports of substantive new research techniques, findings or applications and clearly indicate innovative aspects. Detailed presented research procedures or technical solutions should be accompanied by experimental investigations. The paper's results had to be new, clear, and well-argued. Submission of papers to the workshop was open to all authors from around the world within the framework of the domain area concerning IT project management.
The ITPM 2025 gathered scientists from Ukraine. In general, the representatives from 16 Ukrainian Universities, as well as 2 Ukrainian public organizatios and 1 National Library of Ukraine have taken part in the workshop:

Construction Industry Experts" The official language of the 6th ITPM Workshop was English. The workshop took place in the form of oral online presentations by presenters of peer-reviewed papers.
The Organizing Committee has received 33 submissions, and 20 out of them were accepted for presentation as regular papers. These papers are published in this Volume I of ITPM 2025 proceedings.
Doubtless, the workshop would not have taken place without the support and participation of several distinguished international experts. Among them were Tetiana Shestakevych (Ukraine), Head of the International Educational Project “Open Education Resources and Ukraine”; Dr. Igbal Babaev (Azerbaijan), Professor, Doctor of Science, President of the Azerbaijan Project Management Association, and Head of the Project Management Department at Baku Polytechnic University; and Prof. Dr. Çetin Elmas (Turkey), Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department at Gazi University (Ankara). Furthermore, we would like to thank our partners from Ukrainian Association of Project Management, Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Ternopil National Technical University named after I. Pulyuya, Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, AGH University of Science and Technology, Lviv Polytechnic National University, International University of Information Technology (Kazakhstan), IT Astana University.
