      <abstract>
        <p>The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is one of the most widely adopted approaches for achieving business agility in dynamic environment. It combines principles of Lean Thinking, Agile ways of working, and DevOps practices to enable organizations to deliver complex, innovative products and services more effectively. When agile teams work on development initiatives, which can be scaled, coordinating efforts and managing dependencies across multiple teams becomes essential. Implementing SAFe provides a structured way to synchronize activities, improve collaboration, and maximize value delivery.</p>
