This volume of the CEUR-WS proceedings presents the accepted contributions to the Research Projects Exhibition (RPE@CAiSE’25), held in conjunction with the 37th edition of the International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering (CAiSE 2025). This year, CAiSE was graciously hosted by the Vienna University of Technology and took place in Vienna, Austria, from June 16th to 20th, 2025. We are pleased to contribute to the CAiSE 2025 program with the third edition of the Research Projects Exhibition. CAiSE has long been recognized as a premier venue for presenting innovative and rigorous research across the wide spectrum of Information Systems Engineering. The Research Projects Exhibition complements this tradition by ofering a dedicated forum for researchers and practitioners to showcase ongoing research initiatives—ranging from H2020 and ERC-funded projects to national and institutional research grants.
The primary objective of RPECAiSE’25 was to provide a platform for disseminating intermediate research results and gathering constructive feedback on developing project ideas and proposals. Furthermore, the exhibition fostered opportunities for collaboration, networking, and dialogue among participants, aiming to strengthen the research community and inspire future cooperation.
This edition received 12 submissions, each evaluated by three members of the program committee. After a thorough review process, seven papers were selected for presentation during the exhibition and are included in this proceedings volume.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all members of the program committee for their diligent and thoughtful reviews. We are also grateful to all the authors who submitted their work—both those selected and those not—for their valuable contributions. Special thanks go to the CAiSE 2025 organizing committee, particularly Prof. Gerti Kappel, Prof. Henderik A. Proper, and Prof. Dominik Bork, whose eforts were instrumental in making this event both successful and memorable.
We hope that this collection serves as a valuable resource and a source of inspiration for ongoing and future research in the field of Information Systems Engineering.
