      <abstract>
        <p>This volume contains the papers presented at the Doctoral Consortium and the Demonstration Track of the 7th International Conference on Process Mining (ICPM 2025), organised by Universidad de la The Doctoral Consortium aims to provide valuable feedback on students' research topics, directions, methods and plans; to help doctoral candidates pitch their research ideas to peers and senior researchers; and to foster the development of a community of emerging scholars in process mining. Each of the eight submitted research proposals was evaluated by three members of the program committee, who provided valuable input to the candidates. As all submissions aligned well with the goals of the consortium, all eight doctoral candidates were invited to participate. The proposals presented at this year's Doctoral Consortium covered a broad range of process mining topics, from applied research in healthcare and organizational improvement to methodological advances in federated, stochastic, adaptive, and object-centric process mining. During the consortium, the doctoral candidates attended a keynote on research methods in BPM and process mining, presented and discussed their ongoing work with mentors, participated in a 3-Minute Thesis contest, and engaged in a final roundtable on doing a PhD.</p>
