Workshop on Scientific and Practical Issues of Cybersecurity and Information Technology was held on June 9-11, 2025 in Lutsk Ukraine on the V INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE Information security and information technology. The Workshop presented papers on research in the areas of Information technologies; Systems and means of artificial intelligence; Computers, systems, networks and their components; Information and cyber security; Information security systems, Informatics and cybernetics, Intelligent devices and systems; Programming and information and communication technologies; Mathematical and computer modeling in information systems; Pattern recognition, digital image and signal processing; Software engineering, Communication, GRID and cloud technologies. IoT; Intelligent data analysis; DataMining and BigData technologies. The conference also aimed to share experiences and announce the participants of modern advanced research in the field of computer science, information technology and prospects for digital transformation in the world. The main goal of the V INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE Information security and information technology (ISecIT) is to provide participants with a free platform for communication, exchange of views and ideas, presentation of new research and development for discussion, finding partners for cooperation and research.
