This work is devoted to the investigation of the main factors influencing high-school graduates' employment. This investigation is conducted using Data Mining methods. Two approaches to the identification of hidden patterns in data are employed. The first method is decision trees and the second method is production rules extraction. Both methods are combined and compared to each other.
