PREFACE
The scientific and practical conference «Information Systems and Technologies in
Modeling and Control» (ISTMC’2019) is annually held by the Saint-Petersburg
Electrotechnical University and V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University. This
collection includes 28 peer-reviewed articles presented at the conference. A total of
